Photography Request

The request for photographic services form is now required for all NKU photography requests. To be considered, a request must be submitted no later than two weeks (14 calendar days) in advance of the event. Requests will be accommodated based on availability of the university photographer and the priority of the event to be photographed.

As the campus has grown, so has the demand for photographic services, and the university photographer can no longer accommodate all requests. Requests will be accepted or denied within five business days of submitting the request. The photographer's schedule is subject to change based upon unforeseen circumstances.
